What BidNet/SOVRA can exclusivize: and what they can’t.
Exclusive agency purchasing groups and e-submit inside their network are theirs.
They cannot exclusively own SAM.gov, state ESBD/e-procurement public boards, Bonfire public projects, USAspending awards, or open-meeting / CIP pre-RFP signals.
Our job is to make that public stack better than a BidNet subscription for most bidders.

High BidNet share after a full crawl is expected. Survival score uses non-BidNet rows.
Priority: BidNet-only states If BidNet dies, these states lose all BidSight state/local rows, ship native or Bonfire next
Close the gap (this week / this month).
- Native adapters for BidNet-only states with public boards (GA GPR, CT Source, etc. already exist, fix 0-row adapters).
- Bonfire instances in risk states (cities/counties often post outside BidNet).
- Federal early + Package Intel: value SOVRA doesn’t own (Sources Sought, PDF SOW briefs, award comps).
- Community post: agencies and vendors can add notices BidNet never sees.
- Pre-RFP: expand beyond KC early signals (Ontopical’s real moat is planning data, not BidNet exclusives).
